Yvo do Boer puts children at the top of the agenda at the opening to COP15

Yvo de Boer, Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC, today told the Copenhagen conference in his opening address about a young boy called Nyi Lay who lost his parents during Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar, and who was only reunited with his grandmother and sisters thanks to Save the Children.
